At MoreSense, we're driven by a vision of a future where human health and environmental protection are paramount. Founded as a spin-off from the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" and Copernico srl, a company specializing in contaminated site remediation, we develop cutting-edge technologies for the detection and measurement of chemical or biological compounds (pollutants, viruses, proteins, etc.).

Our mission stems from a deep collaboration between electronic and chemical engineers. We've patented a groundbreaking solution that merges MIP (Molecularly Imprinted Polymers) and SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) technologies. This translates to highly precise tools for analyzing complex issues.

Versatile Solutions for Diverse Sectors

The need to monitor and safeguard the environment has guided the development of our technologies. We understand the critical importance of swiftly and effectively detecting potential pollutants, such as toxins or pathogens, in both air and water. Sectors like textiles, with their recycling processes, or the industrial sector with its potential residues, face challenges related to increasingly stringent environmental regulations. MoreSense offers innovative tools to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, preventing the release of harmful substances into the environment.

The Importance of Healthcare and Medical Progress

Our technologies also boast significant applications in healthcare. The need for rapid and accurate diagnoses is fundamental in combating complex diseases and even pandemics. Our work on SARS-CoV-2 detection, developed in collaboration with the Italian National Institute of Health and supported by the Campania Region, proved crucial within the real-world scenario of the Covid-19 pandemic.

There's still a long road ahead towards developing even more advanced tools. Our near-future vision involves creating wearable devices capable of real-time health parameter monitoring. To achieve this ambitious goal, we're already partnering with STMicroelectronics to develop micro-electronic sensors.

MoreSense: obbiettivi per il futuro

MoreSense is committed to continuing the development of innovative solutions, collaborating with both the scientific and entrepreneurial communities. We believe that synergy between research and technological innovation is crucial for a healthier world. Our objective is to provide high-quality and reliable tools, promoting circular economy models and safeguarding everyone's health.

L’evento è a ingresso libero e gratuito fino a esaurimento posti.
